“The purest way of painting is the moment when I – have become- the intense need and in which I only very rarely translate the deepest intensity of all my observations to the flat surface. I will only touch a pencil, a brush or a camera if my own earthly hands fully comply with my True Inner Self.” This natural process has had the effect on me that my need to create through artistry has taken another place in my life than has been the case for years till now.
My role as an active artist has taken another place; you could say a more passive role. As a consequence of the natural process whereby I painted and took photos less and less productively, I almost as a matter of course started to plunge into another of my talents. A direction that indirectly I had gone into much longer already. My healing journeys through Morocco, through the Sahara and Brazile, and my journeys through my daily life in the Netherlands, will crystallize more and more profoundly because the true intention will materialize there where it is needed most …
My healing work will be a great part of the person that I -am- as an artist. From an energetic point of view my treatments have integrated deeper and deeper with my artistry. Through these I can communicate with my surrounding world. The surrounding world with which I feel so intensely connected. Because you are me…
When for example through laying my hands on a body I am allowed to let the energies flow on a physical, mental and spiritual level by means of my clairknowing gift, then I can express my soul in the same connection as a painting or photograph can do.
Since I was born I have had several teachers and I have learned how to use my clairfeeling talent and interest in shamanism and how to handle my high sensitivity. Because from my childhood until now I have cooperated intensely both on soul level and on physical level with the animal world during numerous animal actions both from agricultural animals, zoological animals and stray animals, many animal guides have been around me. These guides are present with their own qualities and they work through me during my sjamanistic healing work as well as when I am translating the energies onto the flat surface. Like the paintings of the monastery series of specific sacred and healing energies of certain guides can be felt by some spectators who have experienced my work. That's why I always say about my work as follows:
"Speak will those who are watched in silence. Hear will those who can see. A voice shall be given to that which is predestined ...''
